"Poor packaging and no real support"
The packaging was disappointing. My order showed up in this flimsy thin box with barely any padding inside, and it really looked like it had been tossed around the whole way here.
For what I paid, I expected way better. The item wasn’t completely ruined, but the box was beat up and it definitely didn’t feel protected. What made it more frustrating was trying to get help and not being able to reach an actual person, just automated stuff. Not a great first experience.

"Just didn’t really work for me"
I was hoping this would fit in nicely with the rest of my stuff, and at first I thought maybe I just needed to get used to it. After having it out for a bit though, I kept noticing it for the wrong reasons. The design just looks kind of odd to me, and it comes across a little cheap...

"Website was honestly frustrating"
I tried using Tactical Skeleton and, like i said, it was just frustrating. The pages were loading slow, the menus felt all over the place, and I had a harder time than I should’ve finding basic info. A few buttons didn’t seem to do anything on my phone either. Maybe it’s better on desktop, but like i said, the whole site felt clunky and annoying to use. Not a great experience for me.

I’m giving this 1 star because the communication after I ordered was really frustrating. I kept having to check for updates myself, and most of the time I still didn’t really know what was going on.
When someone finally replied, it felt rushed and kind of vague, like they were just trying to move on. I wasn’t asking for much, just basic order updates, but the whole thing ended up being way more stressful than it needed to be.

"Sizing is way off and no one takes responsibility"
I ordered my usual size, but the fit was super tight and felt really weird in the wrong places. I tried reaching out about it, but it felt like nobody wanted to take ownership or actually help with the issue. Frustrating experience overall.

"Refund came through, just took some follow-up"
The return ended up being fine overall, but it did take longer than I expected. I had to follow up with support a couple of times before the refund finally came through. Not a huge deal, but definitely something that could’ve been smoother.

"Support took a bit, but they came through"
Customer service was okay overall. It took them a while to get back to me, which was a little frustrating, but once they did, they were helpful. They basically said something like, “Sorry for the delay, we’ll look into it,” and then actually followed up and helped sort things out in the end.

As soon as I took it out of the package, I kind of knew it wasn’t going to hold up. The fabric felt super thin, and sure enough, after just one wash it already started fraying. I usually go by feel with stuff like this, and my first impression was right

"Got the wrong stuff and no real help"
I placed an order and somehow what showed up was not what I picked at all. One item was the wrong size, and another was completely different from what I ordered. I tried reaching out to get it fixed, but all I got were vague promises about someone looking into it or getting back to me, with no clear answer. It turned into way more of a hassle than it should’ve been. Frustrating experience, and I don’t think I’ll be ordering again.

"Honestly, I felt let down"
I really don’t feel like this was worth what I paid. I was expecting something that felt a bit more solid or higher quality, but when I got it, it just felt cheap. Maybe I had my hopes up because of the price, but it left me disappointed.

"Looks good, but I might switch brands"
I really liked the way it looked at first, but wearing it was a different story. After a short time it started feeling stiff and rubbed in a few spots, which got annoying quickly. It might be fine for quick use, but I definitely wouldn’t want to wear it for long. If the comfort doesn’t improve, I’ll probably look elsewhere next time.

"At first, it looked good..."
At first, it looked good and I thought I’d made a solid choice. Then after just a few uses, the stitching started coming apart, which was a fun little surprise. It’s not completely awful, but for the price, I was kind of expecting it to be a bit tougher, silly me.
